Refund and Cancellation Policy
We comply with the E-Commerce Law of Saudi Arabia issued by Royal Decree No. (M/126).
1. Subscription Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Upon cancellation, the service continues until the end of the current paid cycle.
- After the cycle ends, the account is suspended and your data is retained for 90 days.
2. Refunds

| During the trial period (14 days) | Free — no amount to refund |
| After paid subscription | Two months are deducted from the annual subscription and the remainder is refunded |
| Persistent technical fault on our side | Full refund or free extension |
Example: If the annual subscription is SAR 1,200 (SAR 100/month) and the customer requests a refund after 3 months, 5 months are deducted (3 used + 2 penalty) and the remaining 7 months' value = SAR 700 is refunded.
3. Refund Request Procedures
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email stating the reason for the request.
- The request is reviewed within 3 business days.
- If approved, the amount is refunded within 14 business days using the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Violation of terms of use leading to account closure.
- If the remaining period is less than two months (because the deduction equals or exceeds the remaining amount).
- Fees for additional devices and branches that have actually been used.
5. Data Export
Upon cancellation, you may request a full export of your data (products, customers, invoices, reports) in a readable format during the 90-day period.
