Refund and Cancellation Policy

We comply with the E-Commerce Law of Saudi Arabia issued by Royal Decree No. (M/126).

During the trial period (14 days)Free — no amount to refund
After paid subscriptionTwo months are deducted from the annual subscription and the remainder is refunded
Persistent technical fault on our sideFull refund or free extension
Example: If the annual subscription is SAR 1,200 (SAR 100/month) and the customer requests a refund after 3 months, 5 months are deducted (3 used + 2 penalty) and the remaining 7 months' value = SAR 700 is refunded.

Upon cancellation, you may request a full export of your data (products, customers, invoices, reports) in a readable format during the 90-day period.
