Subscription Policy
1. Subscription Plans
SLPOS offers several subscription plans tailored to different business activities:

All subscriptions are annual only. Monthly subscriptions are not available.
2. Trial Period
We offer a 14-day free trial period to explore the system. During the trial, features are limited based on the selected plan.
- No payment information is required for the free trial.
- After the trial period ends, you must subscribe to continue the service.
- Data entered during the trial is preserved when you subscribe.
3. Payment and Billing
- All prices are in Saudi Riyals and include 15% VAT.
- Payment is made in advance for the full annual subscription.
- We accept: mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay.
- An electronic tax invoice is issued for each payment.
4. Renewal
- The subscription renews annually. We send a reminder 14 days before the expiration date.
- If not renewed, the account is suspended and data is retained for 90 days.
5. Plan Changes
- Upgrade: You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. The difference is prorated for the remaining period.
- Downgrade: The lower plan applies at the next annual renewal.
6. Extra Branches and Devices
- Additional branches can be added at discounted rates based on quantity.
- Each additional device is SAR 99/month.
- Branch discounts apply on the first subscription only.
7. Service Suspension
If subscription fees are not paid within 7 days of the due date, the account is temporarily suspended with data retention. After 90 days of suspension, we reserve the right to permanently delete the data.
