Welcome to the SLPOS point-of-sale platform (sllpos.com), operated by Slpos Trading Establishment, Commercial Registration No. 7052498669, based in Buraydah, Saudi Arabia.

By using this platform or subscribing to any of its services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Service Description

SLPOS is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) point-of-sale system that provides the following services:

• Integrated cashier and point-of-sale system (web + mobile app)
• Inventory and product management
• ZATCA-compliant e-invoicing
• Employee and attendance management
• Kitchen Display System (KDS) for restaurants
• Multi-branch management
• Reports and analytics
• Appointment management (for salons)
• Online orders and digital menu

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must hold a valid commercial registration or business license in Saudi Arabia.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided at registration.

3. Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (username and password) confidential.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• You may not share your account with parties outside your organization.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

Using the platform for the following is prohibited:

• Any activity that violates the laws of Saudi Arabia.
• Selling prohibited or unlicensed products or services.
• Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform's systems.
• Reselling or renting the service to third parties without written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights to the platform (code, designs, logos, content) are owned by Slpos Trading Establishment.
• The subscriber is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform during the subscription period.
• The subscriber may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform.

6. Data and Content

• You retain ownership of all your data (products, customers, invoices) entered into the platform.
• You may request to export your data at any time.
• We retain your data for 90 days after subscription cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We aim to provide a stable service with 99.5% uptime, but we do not guarantee a completely fault-free service.
• We are not liable for any losses arising from temporary service outages or factors beyond our control.
• The subscriber is responsible for backing up their important data.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in the Kingdom shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
